BetBroker365 is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud and any other form of financial crime. As a brokerage and communication-based service, we apply rigorous standards to client engagement and partner platform selection.
Scope
This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy applies to all communications with prospective and existing clients, agents, affiliates and partner platforms. While BetBroker365 does not hold client funds or process transactions, we hold ourselves to the same standards of integrity expected of regulated financial businesses.
Core Principles
- Know Your Client (KYC): We may request appropriate identification and source-of-funds information before facilitating introductions to third-party platforms.
- Risk-Based Approach: Each inquiry is assessed against a risk framework that considers jurisdiction, profile and stated purpose.
- Ongoing Monitoring: Long-term client relationships are monitored for unusual or suspicious communication patterns.
- Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to decline or terminate any relationship without obligation to provide reasons where AML concerns arise.
Prohibited Activity
- Using BetBroker365's services to launder funds derived from illegal activity.
- Financing of terrorism or any sanctioned individuals or entities.
- Use of false identity, stolen identity or third-party identification.
- Structuring communications to evade AML controls of partner platforms.
Sanctions Compliance
BetBroker365 will not engage with individuals or entities that appear on internationally recognized sanctions lists, including OFAC, UN, EU and UK sanctions lists.
